Banned for account IP

So today I was at the office and logged in from my laptop, this is a new procedure for me usually i play from my desktop or my brothers house. I assume I was banned because of "account or IP sharing" Today was probably the third or second time playing my accounts from the office and I had recruited one of my coworkers , tyler and jaustin to play on Nost server, however tyler and jaustin was having issues logging in so i advised them to try logging in from my laptop... tyler did and was successful... we had a laugh and i advised him to reinstall the client on his computer... jaustin then tried and it said he was disconnected... so he gave up and tyler tried to log back in on my laptop thats when he got the ban... i laughed at him and said he has to post on forums to get it removed from ban list... then checked my account and now I am banned too and we are both having a very inconvenient laugh lol... I can assure you we are not account sharing just having some issues with their accounts not being able to log in and now we are all banned. Characters in question are Nimrøth and ketner, ketner is tylers character... we were unable to determine jaustins characters because his account was inactive for a period of time. Please assist with this problem and mix up.

None of the accounts has ever been banned. There are two common reasons that might be preventing your logins:

The first is that maybe you (or someone else) tried to log in too many times with an incorrect password. This causes a temporary IP lockout. Wait 30 minutes to 1 hour and try to log in again, or if you cannot remember the password, you can reset it at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

The second is that you may have an IP address that is being declined due to a country IP lock on the account. Country IP locks are a new feature that have been put into place to help prevent account hacks. You can reset your country IP lock using the password change feature as well.
