Can not login into official website

Dear GM,

Since I change my password & remove IP locks yesterday, I can not login into official website. Say "Login failed! Bad credentials." But I can login into game via client. Please help me to solve this out.

The web login has a restriction that it will only allow a login from the last IP address that you used for your in-game login. This is a security measure to prevent hacked accounts. So try it again now that you have logged in in-game.
