Account locked and no Ip lock/Password Reset Email

Trying to reset my password and IP block on my locked account. It is saying that the email has been sent; however, I have not received the verification email. I tried multiple times the whole week and have checked spam and junk folders for my email, but there is no email incomming.

Please help me unlocking my account.
