I am a Chinese gamer who loves WoW very very much. But because of my carelessness,I filling a wrong email adrress --snipped-- instead of the right one --snipped-- when I registerend the game account.Now because of the ip lock I can not log in the game .

All they need is your character name and server.

There is likely nothing we can do in this case. Both E-mail addresses are valid formatting. You don't own the one that you listed, so the reset E-mail will be going to the wrong E-mail address. Thus you won't be able to reset the IP lock.

Sorry, but you probably need to create a new account, with a valid E-mail address and start over.
