Can't get past Step 1/2 when Creating my Acc

I have tried creating an Account it says i have to get the e-mail and click the url to get to the second step.
Also i read on the Forum that the Activation e-mail isn't needed anymore so i am not sure what the problem is.

What error message are you getting? It's not clear what step in the process is failing.
