Can only log into account from 1 IP address! Help!

Hello, I recently used the in-game command ".account lock on" to lock my account to my IP address where I live. I had been using the command ever since i saw the Twitter on the Nostalrius page saying this feature was released. I'd use .account lock off to unlock my account before visiting my family or going to a friend's so I could still access my account at their houses...but as of the last few days this command is no longer working at all and is giving a syntax error as if the command doesn't exist. My account is now bound to my apartment's IP address and another issue is I have made this account forever ago using a random email because you could always change password in game which at the time I thought was sufficient, so logging in to reset my password or country lock isn't an option.

Why would this in-game feature be released then reverted with not letting anyone know? I need this to be re enabled or my account to be manually ".account lock off" by a GM if they disabled this.

They will not unlock the account for you because there is zero proof that you are the owner of this account. If you forgot the email address to your account, that is your fault since Nost Staff is not responsible for your account security. So unless you remember your email address, you will not be able to turn off IP lock.

Did you read the part where there "was" an in-game command only a week ago where you could type .account lock on/off to lock it to your IP address, not the country lock on the website..

They announced this feature no less than 2 weeks ago on their Twitter, and of course it worked then for me as that's how I locked my account in game back and forth..and now it's magically not working anymore?

The account owner is responsible for the security of the account and that it's sufficiently protected. Note that Nostalrius staff does not recover hacked accounts.

The .account lock [on|off] command has not been disabled, it is still available. Make sure you are spelling it correctly. Also some addons could potentially interfere with it, so try turning off all addons if you still have trouble.
