Account Banned? Possibly hacked?

I recently had to change my life-long password, also a password I use for everything else, and I think something may have happened to cause my account to get banned? I believe it may have been hacked.

Please look into this!

Update - Since seeing my account has been hacked and I believe hacked before the ban even happened (and what led to the ban) I have found multiple Keyloggers and Trojans and have cleaned my computer system..

Would love to know if my account is retrievable.

Don't bother if you did in fact buy gold, since the review will just come back confirming the offence.
