Hi there, recently started playing the game again from a long break since the game started - I tried to log in this morning to find my account banned? I'm not sure why - I've been having issues with intermittent disconnects recently so perhaps that has a bearing?

They need your character name and server you play on. (Note: Do NOT list your account name for security.)

Don't bump the post.

GM's generally process requests ordered by oldest first.
When you bump the post, you bring your post in front - meaning you get back in the queue and have to wait even more ;-)
