How do you expect to receive any help without posting your character name?
Most likely you need to remove country lock and reset your password.

But I doubt you have the capability to even grasp any context at all

There was a period over the weekend where the login server was down, but that has been resolved.

If you are still having problems logging in, then there are two common reasons that might be the cause:

The first is that maybe you (or someone else) tried to log in too many times with an incorrect password. This causes a temporary IP lockout. Wait 30 minutes to 1 hour and try to log in again, or if you cannot remember the password, you can reset it at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

The second is that you may have an IP address that is being declined due to a country IP lock on the account. Country IP locks are a new feature that have been put into place to help prevent account hacks. You can reset your country IP lock using the password change feature as well.

I have tried what you have suggested with no success. (it also doesn't work with my 2nd account either) My character is Tularemia on the PvP server.

*Edit: After being unable to log in for over 4 hours I have now managed to connect, must be server connectivity issues along the route as it just randomly worked without me doing anything.
