instant disconnect

HI

I didnt play for a long time. My character name is Mirwen (PVP Server). I get an instant dc after the login.
I created a second account to test the problem and it worked.

I have a second problem. I forgot my email. Is there any chance to change it? or is my account lost?.

I hope you can help me.

Your account has never been banned.

You may have an IP address that is being declined due to a country IP lock on the account. Country IP locks are a new feature that have been put into place to help prevent account hacks. You can reset your country IP lock using the password change feature at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

But your second problem is going to be a real issue. You will need to remember your E-mail in order to recover your account.
