My Account is banned

Dear GM,

my account has been banned some month ago. the reason u said is : use bug to kill crocodile in Zul'Gurub。you make a mistake.
now,I seriously tell you, I have not used any bug to obtain benefits。i just played with a shaman together in the Zul'Gurub. as all we know , the shaman has a skill can let player walk on the water, so i just use this skill.
u cant identified this normal-skill properly as a bug.
hope U, GM，the incarnation of justice seriously, will seriously deal with my complaints.
