account banned not reason

hello the GM
after 1 week in paused , i see my account is banned , but i dont know i have that

name account *******;
pvp server , demembreuse rogue lv 60 , tokugawa sham lv 54 and any reroll torgue,kimilsong,toshiromifun, etc...
help pliz i dont understand my banned , i have not buy the gold , spawn kill and other thing.
