Respect of GM
Because the long-distance login need to unlock the account change passwords, I applied to change the password, but has been unable to receive mail. Hope great GM can help me to unlock the account. The account name: (--snipped--) character name: (kannipyangzi) registered email address (--snipped--) the game account never violate compasses, review the request to unlock the IP

You will need to solve your E-mail problem in order to change the password. Two things you might try is looking in the junk/spam folders, and also white-listing [email protected].
