Account Banned?

As per your instructions, I went to the homepage. There is no indication as to why I have been banned. It just said I was banned. The account in question was a second account I made yesterday for the purposes of recruiting people to my guild in the GuildRecruitment channel. This channel is not joinable by anyone who is currently in a guild, which kind of defeats the purpose. Hence, I made a new toon, leveled it to level 5, and sat in SW trying to recruit. I posted once, and as I was going to make my second post about 10 minutes later, I was banned. So uh.... yeah. Would love it if a gm could get back to me on that

Your account was banned by our chat spam system. Please try to minimize the use of public chat channels on characters below level 15, and avoid the use of addons that put messages into chat.

Thank you. That seems highly concerning that I would be banned for posting only twice in a span of 10 minutes as a level 5 though. Especially since I was going to use the character to recruit guildless players in the GuildRecruitment channel, which, as I mentioned, is not joinable by any player currently in a guild. I am not sure if that is intentional or what, but if it is, then the channel has no purpose since no one can recruit in said channel.
