Few min ago my 2nd account got banned, as far as I understand, for multi boxing.
But for my defense, both characters were in Darnassus that time. So it must be a mistake since:

... There are a few specific situations where you may have two characters in-game simultaneously, *only while both characters are in a major city*:
Transferring items between accounts'

I was just about to transfer some basic items to my alt and got banned.
Could I please retrieve my 2nd account back?
