Cant log on account.

Hello.

After you put IP lock on your system I dont have access to my old bank account - problem is I dont know the email I used for it (its my alt account where I have bank chars)

Character: Inspira on PvP realm.

How I can get access back? I have lots of consumables and herbs banked on it

You will need to remember the E-mail that you used to create the account. Without that, i'm afraid there is no solution for you.
