Account unable to connect.

My character name in-game is Rasuya. I am unable to login to my account and it disconnects me as soon as I enter my account name and password. I tested to make sure it is only this account that is bugged and I can log on to my other accounts fine. As I have not played my character in months I dont understand why this problem is occuring

Your account has never been banned.

You may have an IP address that is being declined due to a country IP lock on the account. Country IP locks are a new feature that have been put into place to help prevent account hacks. You can reset your country IP lock using the password change feature at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.
