Account Randomly Banned

Hi,

I have not logged in since Friday and today I am trying to login and it keeps saying Account is Closed. I have also tried changing my region lock/password but that seems to not be functioning either. I can't login to the Nost main website. My old password is still working on these forums even though I have changed it through the main Nost webpage.

I am on the PVE server. Rayflex is the character name.

Please help , have a lot of time invested in this account.

Hi,

I actually have no idea why. The last thing I did was run DM for some guild mates on Saturday 2am~ EST, I asked some guild mates about when my character was last seen online. It's saying Saturday night around 11pm, I was outside at this time with some RL friends.

I think my account was hacked. I am running antivirus software so I don't know how. However I did not get the chance to region lock and change my password recently when region locking was implemented. Maybe that is why.

If you could please allow access to it this time, I will be far more cautious with its security in the future.

Also, I am not able to login to the website. Which I believe means, someone with a different IP was on my account ingame so the site wont allow me to login with my current home IP.
