Did some research and people say there was a big hackwave from feenix. I do use the same password and account on both places. Hope you can sort it out soon:c already miss playing.

Your account was banned for gold trafficking. If you'd like to appeal this ban, please provide information in this thread about what transactions you may have done recently that might have triggered the ban.

Don't bother if you did in fact buy gold, since the review will just come back confirming the offence.

Be sure not to bump your thread other than to answer this question. It only puts you at the end of the line.

I was invited to this server by my friend and he gave me some gold to start out with. He did mention how strict this server is so he gave it to me through the auction house to avoid unnessecary problems. Feel free to remove it/return it if needed. I just want to play. The gold he gave me was like 2 months ago, can this really have triggered a ban 2 months later?

Thank you for this information. We have put this account ban under review.

Gold detection scans are not restricted to the most recent transactions only. Anyone who buys gold can get banned at any point in the future, even months later.
