Why is my account is frozen

I am trying to recall everything i did on nostalrius and still can not figure out the reason im getting banned. if there certainly is any inappropriate behaviour, could you plz let me know what it is in detail so i can prevent that from happening again in the future.
I think of it in the Alterac Valley yesterday(april 3），I myself do tasks in rear，did someone reported I stop here？
I want to know the reason why my account is frozen，please tell me，thank you。
