My account was banned and I dont understand why... I was just standing in Darnassus, tried to speak in the trade channel.. got kicked out and then banned. I dont care about the account or the character, i was just starting, but why did i get banned?

I try to say something to trade chanel, and was bunned permanently. Why? Are writing to trade chat - reason to bun me permanently?

yes, i was below lvl 15. but why is that an issue?

And how do i appeal to get it back? I want my character nickname jajaj

They are trying to crack down on gold farmers. Wait 2 to 14 days for the very busy GM's to moderate. You will get your account back.

Gold farmers often spam in chat to sell gold with characters under level 15.

Create a second account for now.

Have fun. They are trying to make it good for everyone.
