Account banned permanently for no reason

Hi,

My account was banned permanently just now and i have no idea what the reason is. I was playing at the pvp server. My main char is named Syyskuunkyy, and before i was banned i created an alt named Kanahka. I also have an alt named Gullí.

I had an issue with my main char about 15 minutes before that involved a bug with the zeppelin from grom'gol to uc, that ended up with me logging to my char multiple times. I was disconnected at the stv border and threwn off the zeppelin and could see no npc's or monsters after that. This happened twice.
