Account banned for no reason please help

Hi! i just tried to login to my account and found out that i have been banned. The name of the character is xunokolous and im currently playing on the pvp begins (i think its the name) server, im just 19 lvl and i recently invited one of my friends into your server and we were playing together for a while. Also i recently asked the help of a gm for a bug concerning the deserter debuff from bg's . Please help me solve that issue cause we were planning with my friend to level up together thank you.

Thank you im expecting the outcome. Also i would like to know the reason for this ban cause i find pretty upseting the fact that not only i have done nothing but i have not been informed for nothing concerning this ban. Its really confusing when u try to login and u cant without a reason..

Thanks for the fast reply. I find it quite impossible to advertise gold cause as u can see i have no gold in my inventory and secondly you can probably check my chat history in which i dont think u will find anything that indicates that i was advertising gold. I really cant think of anything that gave u reason to ban me and its really infuriating that you dont double check your actions. I hope that you can understand my points and treat my case with proffesionalism.

Yea.. I guess hacked must be the only way this happened.. Please check if another character lvl 1 has been created cause i didnt have one. Only got two characters one horde warrior i think lvl 14 and a human lock lvl 19. Thanks again.
