Disconnected from server

When I try to connect to the server, it says "Disconnected from the server".
I play on PVE realm and my character name is Biggs or Biggsz (it's a paladin dwarf).
I tried to reset my password/ip lock but I can't remember which email address I used.

I think you're stuck then. You may have an IP address that is being declined due to a country IP lock on the account. Country IP locks are a new feature that have been put into place to help prevent account hacks. You can reset your country IP lock using the password change feature at https://en.nostalrius.org/password .

But only if you have the E-mail address associated with the account. You will need to try to remember that. We do not currently have a solution for an inaccessible E-mail address.

If the E-mail is missing entirely from the account, or the format is invalid, then we are working on a solution for that, and the ETA for that it should be available in about 2 weeks.

Note that this will only be available for E-mails that have a clearly invalid form (it is NOT a general E-mail change capability.) If your E-mail is in fact in a valid format, then there is likely nothing we can do to help.

Thank you for your answer.

I usually register using an e-mail address like "[email protected]" that way I have a way to filter incoming email. I don't know if your system counts this as a valid email.
I am sure I have access to the e-mail address. Isn't it possible to just send the password recocery e-mail to the e-mail address associated to my account ?
