Hello GM's,
I posted on the forums a few days ago and got a reply saying that it's been confirmed that my account was involved with gold trafficking, and that it's a permanent ban. Can you please review this case again? There can be absolutely no way there is evidence of gold trafficking on the account because it never happened.
However, some shady stuff did happen on the account. On Friday, March 25th my account was fine. That next Saturday, March 26th I logged in and saw that my account had been hacked. I lost most of my gold, potions, herbs, gear, etc. About a week later a real life friend gave me 50g to help me get back on my feet. I used it to buy some arcanite crystals and make bars, just basically trying to make money again and utilize that god awful cooldown. After some reading on the forums i'm thinking that transaction might have flagged my account. The friend that sent me the gold I've known awhile and if you go back through the account history, you can see that we've mailed each other before just funny stuff like "You're terrible at this game blah blah blah" and the mail would have no items or if it did it would be a grey item.
I just recently had a friend start playing to so I gave him 2 16 slot bags and 10 gold (done through trade) so i'm hoping that didn't flag something.
I've send a few GM's some private messages in hopes that the account gets a closer look.
I'm also seeing there was a wave of hacks that happened around march 25-26th, the same time my account got hacked.
Please help, my account was wrongfully banned. If i was involved in gold trafficking, wouldn't I have a lot of gold and items, as opposed to hardly anything? All activity on that account can be explained (except for when i was hacked).
