help!!! Bad credentials...

when i log the homepage it says "Whoops! There were some problems with your input.

Bad credentials."
Is it banned? But for what? Ive never change my password and my account is -snipped-

That account name does not exist. What is one of the character's names you're trying to log into the game with? Also, keep in mind, you can get temporarily banned from too many unsuccessful logins which is the same error the website is giving you when saying "bad credentials." If necessary, you can reset your password using the link on the main website but your account must be inactive for at least 10 days before the feature will work.

cause i read a lot of posts with the same problem since this weekend.
