INGAME password reset was failed and then cannot login

Because of frequently Account-hacking, I was worried about my account. So I change my password to a very complicated one, and put it down on paper. But, when I try to log in again the password was not work. So I think the password may too complicated, and the reset may be failed. But the former password was not work too!!!

I try to recover the password, but it said that "This account has been used recently, so the password cannot be recovered".

Tomorrow I will begin my first RAID with my friends. I look forward it for almost half a moth. I cannot wait for 10 more days. could you please help me?

I donnot think my accout had been hacked, I just use it at about 7 PM (GMT+8).

Thanks Dreez. it does above 15 characters, I get rid of the exceeding characters. Still can not login.

10 days is a long time. Can the Game Master help me to reset my password. I can offer the detailed account information.

yeah, you will most likely have to wait for a GM to respond and manually initiate a password reset process

From quite a few other posts where folks have forgotten their password, I can tell you that the Nost staff will not speed the recovery of your login. You will have to wait the 10 days, then reset your password.

Don't be too discouraged - at least it's not a permanent loss.

Now I found my accout HAD BEEN HACKED. He login every night to prevent my reset. If you can give me some approach to retrieve my accout, I'll appreciate that. If not plz just ban this account, I do not want anyone others use my account. TY!

Busy working on things - They will get to your case.

You have to understand that the only reason your account has been hacked is down to you.

Not strong enough security or you have downloaded a keylogger of some kind - Or signed up to gold/services website using the same details you use on Nost.

They will get to your case but you have to give them time - I can tell you now that you will not get the account back - Nor will they ban an account because you said so.
