Pw resset problem

Hello. Have some problem with passwrd resset. It mean when i doing resset on web site it is said email was sent, but i can see nothing in my email. Can you help me please.

You might check to see if the mail went to your junk folder; that sometimes can happen.

I have 2 acc's on 1st it is works good i can resset pw any time. But on this acc mail wont coming.

How u can seen i have access to my email but i cant resset pw coz i havent mail with link for it.
PS I forgot my pw from acc and what is why i wanna reset it and again enjoy your awesome server.
