Hello, I have been ask to make an official ban appeal for the OP.

First I should mention that his ban seems to be linked to this one, which is also being appealed. viewtopic.php?f=65&t=28558

Summary:
The character Winchest has been banned for Gold Trafficking, but he has never done such things. We believe that a gift from Winchest to Aizims has triggered the anti cheat system.

Explanation:
The two players have been guildies and friends and often play together. Almost two weeks ago, Winchest got a Darkmoon Beasts card in UBRS and decided to complete the deck and gift it to Aizims, since it's a priest item (It cost a total of about 20g to buy the remaining cards from the AH). It was just nice gesture between 2 friends, but it got them, and all of their other characters, perma banned for "gold trafficking".

Additional details regarding winchest's account:
Winchest Level 60 Human Protection Warrior
SNVI Level 25 priest

Other potential suspicious actions:
Winchest recently invited a friend to play on Nostalrius with him, and has given out 2 gold to him to help him buy skills and whatnot. His friend's character name is Faustzz, level 25 warlock.
Winchest also transfered 9g to his priest alt Snvi via mail
And finally, he bought Foror's Compendium of Dragon Slaying for 300 gold 0from a stranger met in the trade chat a month ago (EDITED, I misstyped and wrote 30g earlier)

Please review this ban. There has never been and will never be any "gold trafficking" with this player.. Thank you for reading, we are awaiting your response.

Yep, sounds totally legit. /s
Gold sellers are known to simply trade people items worth the value of the gold they paid for. So if he paid $100 for 400g, the seller could have given him a compendium in exchange for a meager 30G to look legit. 30g for a Foror's is highly laughable and clearly not legitimate.

Thanks Vorfidus for noticing that, I misstyped my post earlier, the trade for Foror's Compendium of Dragon Slaying was actually for 300g, not 30g. ( as it can verified by a GM) I have now edited the post to correct my mistake.
