All my chars were deleted and replaced with "itsaprankbro"

I am curious if it is a lot of work to restore a deleted character, especially considering the amount of time we players invest in our toons.

It probably isn't much work, just a simple SQL query. The only problem is they don't restore characters for any reason.
And if GM's starts making exceptions ... what about all the others who got declined when asked for a character restoration?

I just think the benefit to the player to restore deleted toons is huge relative to the amount of time to restore it.

I'm just personally worried that down the road, my account will be compromised somehow, killing all the time I had invested, and that might kill my interest playing here.

I suppose I should volunteer some of my time on the admin side...I just think this is pretty important.

This is how I feel right now. All my interest in this server is gone thanks to the mediocre administration.
