Can I ask why is this happening?
Can I get a reason? I'm clueless here.

And so, I am banned for the same concept as everyone is. I'm starting this by saying that rullers themselves go "around" the rules that they set. One cannot get off certain principles, which is a stand for all of us. But when you suddlenly change the rule (wishfully or not), you cannot expect sudden compliance. More so, you implemented something you had not speak largely about, and let everyone wondering... and now, in the panic of the event, you're just throwing waves of banns. I am sorry, but this, this is not something an honorable instance will do, unless it agrees that the process itself overwhelms its very nature. It's just like the dog you've trained not to eat unless told to; and now he's starved, abandoned, and he can't feed unless you tell him so (everyting resulting in his death). I find this approach to be ill, context wise. Besides, you can't just throw away months of someone involvement just because you did something wrong for a limited time. If you're feeling that you're Gods, exemplify, don't punish. Or because everyone on this server thinks that all are chinese. And cannot, apparently understand singularities oposed to quantities. You can solve this easily, but permaban is THE easy way to go. (Obsolete, since it donsn't apply) I have closely looked at the disclamer and there's no link, regarding nod abusing - (not in the exceptional - time we're talking about, atlest - when a patch is applied) between "warn-last warn-perma ban". One would just warn the other first, otherwise it just seem that "one' is expecting on purpose for the other one to go wrong, and that is just appauling. Having said all this, no, I'm not going back to leveling - thank you for reading my walltext and happy Christmas.

So I'm guessing you're trying to say that there is nothing in the Terms of Use that would warrant a permanent ban for exploiting infinite resource nodes? Here, let me help you.
Under the heading "Sanctions"
Section V. Permanent bans reads as follows
V. Permanent ban

The most serious sanction. Permanent bans are rare but definitive. This sanction is applied in case of multiple violations of the rules, or after multiple account interruptions, as well as any of the following:

Scamming.
COD Scamming;
Hacking;
Using any means of botting (e.g. a program);
Abuse of major in-game bugs;
Possession of any item(s) obtained with illegal methods;
Any client modification (libraries, executables, MPQ, etc.);
Revealing the identity of a Nostalrius Begins staff member;
Advertising for other private servers or gold selling websites;
Selling/Buying player names;
Exchanging accounts, gold, items, or any ingame services for another game's features;
Selling/Buying accounts, gold, items, or any ingame services with real money;
Publishing software, methods or articles on cheating which can be applied on the server.

Yes. Unlimited resource nodes is a major bug. If you continued to farm resources from these nodes after you realized there was a bug, you exploited this bug. It's actually very black and white.

I won't know the colours, I got brown and light brown, so the "non-colours" don't appear as colours to me. But as far as I would go (with no further burden in my back), everyting looks as it one pleases. Be serious, someone, apparently, should be responsible. And, if for this mistake, those to be responsible are solely the players the , something is not right.
