Hello,

On wednesday I attended the weekly guild raid. Because we have no need for Molten Core loot, we are selling loot as a guild (see viewtopic.php?f=62&t=24253 ). This week I was responsible for collecting the appropriate fees from the buyers. There is nothing in the Terms of Use that suggest selling raid epics for gold is disallowed.

In this raid, the following items were purchased:
Nightslayer Pants - 100g (Buyer: Icebingbing)
Giantstalker Gloves - 150g (Buyer: Kuzuryusen)
Nightslayer Shoulder Pads - 100g (Buyer: Icebingbing)
Core Hound Tooth - 400g (Buyer: Icebingbing)

The buyer would trade me the appropriate amount of gold after which they would be awarded the item. This caused me to quickly gain 750g during the raid, all of which I mailed to the guild bank after the raid was over. I mailed 750g from the character 'Vices' to the character 'Nopebank'.

You actually gave up your position as a Guild Master on Dec 30, Wednesday, the same day you participated in the item trade you write about:



Any way to explain this sudden change in management? Because it really makes it look like you were well aware of your upcoming ban, and left the guild master position to prevent the guild from being screwed by getting its GM banned.

Surely there would be no need to do such a thing unless you knew that you broke the rules in some way that could bring about a permanent ban?

It's pretty clear Icebingbing is a farmer/trafficker by looking at his armory, but the transaction seems legit on NOPE's behalf.

The change in management is entirely unrelated to this incident. As I have not been very active ingame at all lately I decided to step down as having an absent GM is not feasible in the long run. This decision was made a few days prior however, due to pure coincidence the switch took place on the 30th.

Before you waste your time taking screenshots and "investigating" you should probably do a more thorough job champ.

The Icebingbing guy has been in our moltencore buying items for 3 weeks now, this was not the first week.
