Ban information request: Sunofshine

Hello, I am writing this on behalf of a guildie who was banned.
I know we are not supposed to appeal for other persons, but he simply cannot access the forum, it doesn't load for him. (China Firewall)

Character: sunofshine
Server: PvP
level 60 human warrior

First we would like to know the reason for the ban please

If he cant access the forums, how can he access the game? The Forums are hosted on the same server as the game itself.

I'm not sure exactly how the great firewall works but I would assume only certain ports are blocked.

Your friend must appeal himself. If he cannot access the forums, he should'nt play here at all.
How will he ever read the rules or announcements?

The connection to the website stopped working several weeks ago for him, of course he first had access when he created this account and was able to read the rules then. As for the announcements, I wasn't aware that reading them was a requirement.

The only other option we have would be for me to create a new account on a proxy and pretend to be him but I think everyone agrees that it would be silly.

If he cannot access the forums, he shouldn't play here at all.

Here are the information you requested about his recent transactions:

-Yesterday during a MC raid he obtained Bonereaver's Edge from Ragnaros. Since he was short on gold he asked the raid leader for 50g in order to buy enchant materials. (name = Nluo , raid leaders act as a bank for the guild, he loots the gold from the bosses and lends money or buys material for guild members) However he doesn't know if the gold was already mailed to him as he was banned today when he tried to login.

- Several weeks ago (4-6 weeks ), a friend gave him a level one skinning knife with +30 spellpower enchant on it for him to use on his mage alt.(It is used to speed up leveling at lower levelrs) A few days ago however since neither had any use for it anymore he just sold it to the auction house for 190 gold.

- A few days ago also he was doing Diremaul with 4 other friends, and "Foror's Compendium of Dragon Slaying" dropped. The way they agreed to distribute the loot was by rolling for the item, and then the winner would give each of the other players 30g to make it fair. (edit for clarification: another warrior in the group won the roll, and Sunofshine received 30g from him as agreed)

- A druid from our guild lent him 30g last week. His name is something similar to "Crazyjuru" (He has a hard time remembering names written with roman alphabet, he usually just uses his in game friend list but he doesnt have access to it now)

- He put some (about 10) potion recipe at the higher price than normal in the auction house, hoping that he would sell for much higher than market price ( Not sure if this could be interpreted as gold trafficking)

- Yesterday he gave some potions, along with some armor and sharpening stones that he crafted to a streamer (DonkeyMonkey, on a chinese streaming website) He doesn't personally know him, but he felt like helping because they are both warriors. The items were worth about 10g in total.
