BANNING PEOPLE FOR NO REASON?

I've been accused of Gold Trafficking yet I haven't once received a large amount of gold. I'm a level 44 rogue with hardly no gold? Yet I've been accused of Gold Trafficking how does this work? You say you've got evidence yet you don't share it? How does that one work. I've been reading the forums and a lot of people have been wrongly banned due to some stupid banning system you've got in place. I'd like to see the evidence that suggests that I've been gold trafficking.

You triggered an auto-ban somewhere.

Did you trade items or gold to anyone in the last month? If you gave your IRL friends 5g to learn skills or to get their mount or whatever, that would be the cause for your permanent ban. You should try to think back and see if you can come up with trades that could've triggered the auto-ban and then list them here, as accurately as you can.

Thanks for your reply dude. Well as I've stated in a previous post a random player gave me 88g for my level 40 mount I still have him on my friends list but apart from that I haven't traded nothing else. I make all my money from auctions

Why would I lie? I typed in STV general chat 'Times are tough when you're level 42 and don't have a mount' He then messaged me asking if I knew how to use the mutual auction house in Booty Bay and I said yes. I then put up Spicy Herb for 88g and he logged onto his level 1 gnome and bought the auction and then logged onto his Horde and said that's my good deed done for today.

If someone is offering me a helping hand to get my level 40 mount why would I turn that down? I thought the guy was being nice and helping me out... That is not a banable offence in my eyes.

Ya it sounds too good to be true. A random player just giving you the gold for the mount.....

If someone randomly came up to you while walking and say "here have my car".... would you just take it? It's most likely stolen.

Hello fellow players and GMs,


I'm the guy who donated this money to Rbreezy. I was at Booty Bay with my two chars (Babbaganoosh, lvl 13 gnome warlock and Toetomouth, lvl 5 orc hunter), x-transfering some stuff when i read on the horde general chat these words: "Times are tough when you're level 42 and don't have a mount". Perhaps not exactly these words but i remember that the word "tough" was here.

I'm here from the very beginning of the server and i have fun with making alts (11 or 12) (GM can check my accounts) and AHs playing (GM can check my logs).

I have some money on my ally side and i decided freely to help this guy, just like that without any reason. I have money, he hasn't, i give him some, simple as that. I understand the chocking side of this behavior for some players but it was my choice.

At that time, I had no money (just a handful of golds) on my horde side (GM can check). So, i asked Rbreezy if he knew how to deal with the neutral AH. So, he putted some stuff and i bought it with my ally char. Simple as that. But after that, he said me that a few coins missed in order to buy his mount. I then realized that I had forgotten the neutral AH cut. So, i completed with a few golds through a direct trade between Toetomouth and him. Nothing wrong. It's clean money, my own money.

Being a regular reader of these forums, i know this could perhaps be banable by anti-cheat system. So I screenshoted our dialogue and even the transactions in order to prevent Rbreezy to be banned. But as time passes and not seeing any problem appears for this player, i deleted these pics.

If my words are not enough to bring some truth here, please GMs tell me and i will try to recover my screenshots.

Thank you Ourk for backing up my point! I couldn't remember the full details of what happened but you summed it up about right from what I remember, It's really frustrating getting banned for this especially when I know neither of us done anything wrong! thanks again for backing up my point bro. Let's hope the GM sees this post and unbans me.
