what feign ignorance i have never hacked in my life even in tetris. I just want to play this game and nothing more. i Had a good healer Druid now i have to make new account cuz of someone that stole my account in way that i dont know how the hell. When i was in the original WoW it happened again. This is very bad and i think that my pasword is not strong. I need to enter my account and change the passoword with better one.

Your account is permanently banned. Accounts are your responsibility, not the staff. Hell, if it's happened before don't you think it's time for a stronger password?

You criticise their security because you got hacked. It isn't their fault you had a simple password. Stop blaming other people and take responsibility. Hell, and that's even IF you got hacked. You could just be lying.

We do not recover hacked accounts and sanctions placed on an account will persist regardless if the violations originated from a third-party individual.
