I am well aware of this; although as I have written in my initial post I was not aware that the patch was still in the folder and I noticed it after I had already been banned by Warden. I also pointed out the fact that my character was only level two as I just started playing on the server so it's not the character per sé that's interesting but the name of the character.

So the gist of the matter is that I want the character name back and not the actual account.

They don't free up names for 'security purposes'. I could dig up old threads with Pottu stating this, but just trust my word on this. It's 5AM and I don't feel like searching through his posts.
