By the way, GMs, in case you haven't noticed, both people who were banned and people where were NOT banned for mining in Silithus will continue to bump these threads.

That's because what you did in banning them was completely unfair, and uncalled for.

If you wanted to fix the problem, then just fix the spawn times, and move on. There is no reason to ban anyone, or even warn anyone, for just PLAYING THE GAME AS IT EXISTS.

If you unban those five that were banned, it will be a major PR coup in your favor, and set you apart from those other servers, like Feenix, that ban people for ridiculous reasons. You will become known as a server that has Admins with common sense, and that work with your (very large) player base to guarantee the best experience.

And I'm speaking from the point of view of someone who was NOT banned, but recognizes the severity of this issue on the health of this server. I LOVE this server, and I don't want shit like this to kill it.

I think evidence is asking a bit too much. I'd settle for an explanation. It is however getting apparent that there is no reasonable rationale behind these bans.

Ofcourse we will quiet down maybe a few more days of trying but its pointless, ive kinda already started rerolling my rogue for 3rd time meh its fine totally used to it. But Nostalrius staff fucks up very badly this time they could just lift the bans quietly and let everything pass by the time. But no just ban a buncha people who cares we have 8k pop
