Zanno Ban Appeal?

I just wanted to be sure that Viper understood that I wasn't botting but only AFK.

What does this mean? Did you use anti-afk or did you just manually make sure you didn't get afked out? I'm pretty sure some gm watched you before they made a judgement call, so they probably know the truth as it really is.

It means I would manually check my guy within 5 minutes... ideally, and either jump or move to remain in the game. However there was several cases of me receiving deserter debuff which would happen when I failed to keep my AFK tag from activating. I am once again extremely sorry for this and can assure everyone that after this ordeal there wont be any issues out of me on this account or future ones.

I'm not fully conviced things went down the right way in this case. You probably played alot of AFK games, which should give you a temp ban as a warning or you're lying and deserve the perm ban, but your explanation seems plausible enough to warrant a revaluation. Too bad I don't make the decisions though.

I understand why I was banned but what I am trying to get across is that this was an incorrect ban. I understand that botting is worthy of permaban and I am not sure of the penalty for excessive AFK in AV but I was just wanting the punishment to match the crime.

Admitting or having a conversation about what? Being AFK in AV? Jumping too much? Too little? I addressed all of this when I said this isn't a bot case.... If my wife was making lunch and my 6 year old son what making daddy's little man jump a lot for fun and she was helping w/ the AV queue pops then to my knowledge this wouldn't be considered a bot... I appreciate the replys and support and green post, love the server.

The thing is, a gm is insurmountably more trustworthy even with their mistakes from time to time since there is no incentive for them to lie. Your story is getting more and more intricate, which usually is a telltale sign for a deceptive attempt. I'll eat my words if they'll unban you and admit a mistake after reconfirming it once but at this point it seems highly unlikely. Hope you'll make a new account and adhere to the rules from here on out.

Hey, hey.... definitely not sexual... and if you are referring to child labor, there are no laws against that in my state for your own offspring. xD

And to pokey, you had stated earlier that I never conversed about or admitted anything... Intricacies come with detail and explanation so that is a double-edged sword. After time I may gain the gumption to level again but currently a little apprehensive...
