New instances of this problem have popped up.

"My lvl2 Druid got banned yesterday. At that moment I was about to talk in the Darnassus City channel. When I hit the enter key, I got logged off and banned. I checked my account, it only says "Your account has been banned permanently" without any reason."

In almost all instances, low level characters are getting banned for talking in chat. Game Master Tyrael seems to have a short-term fix for this problem (i.e. "Please try logging in again."), but players such as myself were rebanned soon after logging in. I am confident the game masters will have a fix for this problem soon.

I could use some help with this issue as well, gettin banned for no reason even made an alt account to see if maybe something was up with my connection or computer, alt account got banned after 1 time logging in.
Name is "Boilermaker"
Could it be an addon or is this an issue with bugs?
