Banned based on false theory

That I agree.

It wasn't very professional from my side to do that.

I even asked the GM investigating me "please ban me for afking in BG but not for Botting because it is not true and it's very upsetting"

If a GM replies now and tells me I am banned for being AFK in BG I will go to sleep happy.

You just admitted to do account sharing, which is also bannable, so one way or another you broke the rules.

+1 Mimma is right.

Even if your account gets unbanned because you were just trying to get Bloodseeker, it was still your little brother trying to get the item and not you.

No. One way or another your account will stay permanently banned. If not for botting, it will be for account sharing.

I am not sharing my account with anybody you have to understand.

If I knew that somebody jumping for you for 20 mins is account sharing I would have /afk out.

You people try to make things look different than they actually are.

That's what you're doing.

Account sharing basically means letting another person use your account in any way shape or form. You don't have to share account details in order to do that.

We are not saying that you told your brother your login name or gave him your password. You said that you let your little brother play, that is what account sharing is.

Man this is ridiculous. He has all the rights to let his lil brother playing with the account. Sure you say "you just admitted you were botting". In some cases this is real, i don't know if he is lying or not, but in the case you don't know you just can't ban him.

Please point me to the place in the ToU where it is stated his brother is allowed to play his account, because I obviously missed that.

Actually he has no right to do that. It clearly states in the TOS:

"B. Account sharing/trading

You may not purchase, sell, gift, share, lend or trade any account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift, share, lend or trade any account, and any such attempt will result in an immediate account closure."

why are there always "little brothers and sisters" involved in "pls unban me" posts?

Shit gets old...

My friend, never afk in bg before saying you are going to do it.
Let people decide if you are ALLOWED to afk in important stuff for someone. Yes, bg outcome matters to some people and your afk can determine the outcome. Maybe not that much in AV, but generally speaking, none likes afkers that don't announce their off time.

I announce my every afk even if it took 1 minute. For me, it's matter of courtesy. I don't like being waited and I don't like to wait. It's just who I am in real life.

If you afked in wsg and I saw alliance passing you by, I'd damn sure report you if you didn't announce that afk.
Nerve damage I get when I see a battleground afker is just above limits to actually forgive that to such a person. It takes less than 10 seconds to type "afk 2mins".
** You will try your best to shed some light upon this writing. However, you will still reveal nothing of importance. Important stuff are hidden... in shadows... in stealth... **

Here's the problem. What you are describing is the functional equivalent to say, taking a fan and gluing a pencil to it and having it smash a key for you, or using some other third party program to do it for you. The recurring similarity here is that, in any of those senarios, including the one you described above, you are AFK, and yet still in the game.

I will politely remind you that I got banned for using a BOT, not for AFK in BG or account sharing.

That is entirely not true.

Let the GM decide what sanction needs to be applied for AFK in the BG or even the wild interpretation of "account sharing" that you people state around here.
