I'm not sure what you are expecting the Nost staff to do here - I use the password reset function now pretty often (just to maintain security) and I always get the E-mail. So I know it's working. They can't exactly come to your house and debug your E-mail.
From your first screenshot I can tell you are definitely in the right place, you should be getting the E-mail.
Do you have any forwarding set up on gmail? Have you checked your junk folder?
Gmail has the ability to search through all mail you've ever received (as long as you archive it). On the left column, you can click on that bottom drop down (which probably means "More"), and then select "All Mail". Then search for "Nostalrius" and you should be able to find an E-mail with Password reset instructions in the subject.
