First of all, calm down.

Gamemasters are doing this in their freetime, if they have the time for your case, they will probably review it.
But after you started spamming and also insulting the staff, I'm not sure about one more review for your case.

Learn to be patient and be nice the whole time, especially when you're banned and writing an appeal.

Such a behaviour, like you're doing atm, won't help you at all.

Well when you lose your entire account when in my knowledge haven't done anything wrong, I never purchased gold I'm too broke to sell gold and what's worse is I play with a few IRL friends and family and now I'm out bcus of this, and so I'm sorry but its really frustrating. When I look at other cases it seems they respond with the reason it was banned then they don't say anything else. It really sucks bcus I was the orinignal person to get all my friends and son on here and now I'm out and they all hesitant to play and waste time. I'm pretty sure everyone who reads this they would agree about being devastated...

It's pretty lame that the GM's will ban u say one message then ignore you like their job is done. Well guess what, ITS NOT!

I'd like to see the copy of the GM's job description you apparently have that states :

"Our job is not finished until every player is satisifed."

Well since I've put tons of hours into their game the least they can do is give me a small portion of their time, longer then just a copy and paste.

I'll tell you once more, gamemasters are using their freetime to do this stuff.

Supporting players, review bans, moderation of the forum, etc.

All of that happens in their freetime. I'm pretty sure everyone of them got a job which they're giving more priority to.

I heard btw, that a gamemaster only needs to be 15-20h per week "available/active". I don't know if that is actually true, but if that is the case, you just have to wait.

There are a lot of cases open at the moment, you just need to look in the support section. They'll respond to everything when they can.

Remember, they don't even get paid for that. So they can't do it ~8 hours a day.
