Hello,
I was online while this happened. Florno was reporting the bug right as it happened and MUST have been the first/one of the first ones to have opened a ticket regarding this issue.
He *deliberately* kept all the herbs in his bag, so it was easily traceable for the GM team - and from what I'm gathering, EVERYBODY else had a grace period of 24 hours to delete these herbs (some were even messaged directly by GMs to delete the herbs). Of course, Florno would have deleted it - however, he was banned immediately, not even one hour after the bug happened. There was no time at all for him to delete the herbs, while all the server restarts and crashes were happening. His ticket wasn't even addressed yet, before the ban. He also stopped herbing as soon as the system-message appeared, waiting for an answer by a GM. By then it was too late.
I implore you to give this appeal another look and really look into the details. There was no ill intentions by Florno, nor did he try to hide the "evidence" and played it all "open book", so to speak. I can honestly vouch for that.
Regards,
Bijural
