The change in management is entirely unrelated to this incident. As I have not been very active ingame at all lately I decided to step down as having an absent GM is not feasible in the long run. This decision was made a few days prior however, due to pure coincidence the switch took place on the 30th.

In this situation such a coincidence looks way too convenient. And I surely wouldn't call a GM who attends all scheduled 40-mans inactive either. But hey, that's just me talking. Surely you would be able to prove that the decision to change the guild master was made before 30th? That would erase any doubts.

It's good that you pointed it out. If Icebingbing, the guy who bought the most items, has already bought from you in the past, would it mean that he's not the problem? Would it mean that some other wrongdoing was commited by the banned player?

Admins have stated in the past that the topics in Account Issues section are open to discussion because they value the player input, and right now a simple input on your part could make the whole issue look much, much less questionable. But hey, if you want this to look as shady as possible, it's your choice.
