In this situation such a coincidence looks way too convenient. And I surely wouldn't call a GM who attends all scheduled 40-mans inactive either. But hey, that's just me talking. Surely you would be able to prove that the decision to change the guild master was made before 30th? That would erase any doubts.

It's good that you pointed it out. If Icebingbing, the guy who bought the most items, has already bought from you in the past, would it mean that he's not the problem? Would it mean that some other wrongdoing was commited by the banned player?
