Bro, the GM has already stated you need to be patient. Even in the ToS it says that if u keep creating posts to rush your process they can close the appeal and ban all accounts associated. Just be patient. These guys do this in their own free time and also have a lot of requests to go through.

My advice make a new char until you get ur answer or try to occupy your time with other things until then.

Ah I did not know this, thanks. I thought that was only if i was trying to mislead them or lie about my appeal (which I am not).
