I too received the same warning (character name: Hbbqtpi). I was with Thirsty at the time and I am guessing we got the warning 'together'.

Heres the 4 places i've been using to kill players in Cenarion Hold: http://imgur.com/a/FzfgI

None of these spots are safespotting, infact all of these spots has guards patroling just beside me however as im a hunter I can just Feign Death everytime i aggro them or if I accidently pull a guard.

I feel like i've provided enough infomation with this and my previous post to get my warning lifted, but only time will tell i guess even tho its been a while already.
Sorry for being impatient etc, but its not a very pleasant feeling to have your account on the edge for something you didnt do

So you just stand there. Attack players that are just running there trying to do their quests.
When you get aggro from guards you easy fd and then after the guards turn neutral, you go on with this.

Pretty lame hope they will keep you banned for this.

It sure is lame. Some would even use a more rough language to describe the bahviour. BUT, the rules clearly state that's it's allowed to be an arsehole:

C. Gameplay wrote:Nostalrius Begins recognizes all valid play styles to be part of the game, and not harassment, so player-killing the enemies of your race and/or faction, including camping the spirit healer, corpses and/or gravestones, is considered a part of the game. While playing on a Player vs. Player server, you should always remember to protect yourself in zones where the members of a hostile faction can attack you.

The factions are at war, it is a contested zone and no rules are being broken. I can't see any problem other than emotionally fragile snowflakes who would be better suited to play on the PvE server.

Would be nice if the GMs could make a response to myself and the players that have been warned for doing something that the GMs have openly stated is not against the rules. It has been over 2 weeks now, any word or indication that this matter is being discussed? Or will the GMs continue to contradict themselves and potentially ban people because there is no consistency between the rules and how they are enforced?

Honestly, if you weren't safe spotting you shouldn't have received a warning. I can understand why some would frown on that behavior but once again. PvP server in a game titled "World of Warcraft". It's going to anger some of course, but if you weren't in an area inaccessible by guards then you did nothing wrong.

I'm not stupid enough to just throw away my account like that lol, if you see my previous post I actually made sure that this was allowed before I started doing it. I'm fully aware of what safespotting is and I NEVER abused it.

False bans/warnings does happen you know... hence why this forum section even exists...

Can this get solved before more people get warned for NOT breaking the rules?
