Seems unfair to permaban people for duplicating items like those, they never had a warning on their account and they probably didn't know it was bannable, else am sure they wouldn't have done it..

i had no previous warning of that state on my account.

what do you mean with "of that state"? so you did already get a warning for something else in the past? what for?

what i don't understand is why it is considered a major in-game bug and not just a regular in-game bug (this would be a last warning according to the ToU) since its not something that is really gamebreaking or is giving you an unfair advantage.
i would like to have an explanation on what the difference between a major and a regular bug abuse is.
