I read the " Give Gms time to investigate " , im just curious what the timeline usually is?
If i were to know what caused the ban at the first place, what trade/mail with whom and so on.

Anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. For something like gold trafficking they need to go through a lot of logs and data. On top of that, they have a lot of other requests to deal with.

There's no need to continuously bump the thread, especially not every few hours. They've already responded and are looking into it. Maybe if you don't get a response in a week or two, bump it then.

Otherwise, use the time to enjoy life; take a walk in a park, see a movie, have dinner with friends/family, etc. You know they just released a new season of House of Cards? It's pretty good, you should check it out.

As an ex forum admin and S.Mod on a different forum, I can tell you as long as your thread shows unread, the GMs will read it and put it on their to-do list when they do the investigations in bulk. No need to bump. Only real time you should is if it falls to page 3. (we're all human and might miss one or two)

This guy worked realy hard for his gold and while I understand the need to make sure nobody launders bought gold it's not fair to ban everyone who recieved gold, from someone who bought gold.

Otherwise I could just make account, buy some gold on it and send it to people I dont like to get them banned.

Please please give us Hoof back!

Posting here so I can follow your thread to see if your issue gets resolved. I am in same boat as whosthat and haven't heard anything in 6 days from original GM response. I know they are busy but any type of feedback would be nice. How are we notified if we are unbanned ?
