Why account banned？

1. If you review all the other posts you'll get the same replay from the same person Mimma telling you the same thing because it's literally your answer there. (Log onto the main website to see the reason of ban)

2. Stop posting your account name on the forums, if you do appeal your ban you're chances of getting hacked has increased by a ton because now they have half the information they need to access your account.

Because they do a "first come, first serve" approach.

You keep pushing your thread, you delay your response everytime by your own posts.

First of all, Nelythia is exactly correct. You would have had a response last week if you hadn't kept bumping the thread, because in doing that, you put yourself back at the end of the line, over and over.

But in any case, the account associated with Pemono on the PVE server has been banned for cheat/hack. If you'd like to appeal this ban, please provide information about anything unusual that you can remember happening.

If you were playing with hacking tools enabled, don't bother appealing though, as a review will just confirm this.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I remember that something unusual happened in Stormwind and I cannot recall the specific Level at that time. I don’t know why I suddenly obtained the ability of “Walking on water”, which might be caused by BUG. I continue my game without paying too much attention to it.. Then I got off line but this ability disappeared when I got online again.

I was stuck at connecting the last time I logged into this game. I failed to log in successfully, which I thought was the problem of proxy server. So I changed the proxy server for many times, and finally my account was frozen though I was not stuck at connecting anymore.

Above all is the abnormal condition I can remember.
