Banned for mining

Greetings. My account was banned for mining. I've used my rogue to mine for quite some time now. The exact reason for my ban is - "Silithus: Ooze Covered Rich Thorium Vein respawn time exploit". This method of mining existed and was popular in actual vanilla. This is not an exploit. Is this ban permanent? Are you going to ban anyone who mines in Silithus? This is not Blizz like.

It is an exploit you got baned for what i got banned but in my case was chest spawn in dire maul aka dusty tome , and ofc you gota get what i got which is perma ban. So feel free to lvl new char and enjoy the game like me . also if you guys will get ban removed then i espect my acc to be unbanned also.

Banning us because you got banned is not the correct answer. Banning people for "exploiting" a broken script/code/whatever it may be is not acceptable. Give a warning, notification, or suspension then move on. This is nonsense. These nodes have been active since release over six months ago and out of the blue a ban wave is occurring?

Previous banning-incidents where "debatable" , but this time ? I mined my fair share while questing there and didnt even think about it being a bug since it was a hassle to reach them anyways . I find it questionable that people are being banned for something that is almost impossible to research .. even noticable . I hope the bans are reverted to non-permanent ones and the gold / ores / crystals are deleted from the inventories for good measure . Nostalrius can do better .

write this to gm and you will recieve : for example if one is looting 50 times a chest its not same punish as for the one who loot same buged chest 200 times . So trust me you didnt get baned for mining just 1 time there because your friends told you , you got it because you was camping them. also the punishment is reduced if report the bug as soon as found which noone of you all who got banned did it because you enjoyed it for months and months and you broke the economy with 15g arcane crystals 1 arcanite bar was 40-70g in retail and i say that because i played it .

Looting the same chest 50 times is an obvious bug. Mining nodes on a normal 45 minute respawn timer does not sound like a bug. Please stop trying to hold us back because you got banned.

Very silly to pass the blame on the playerbase.

Correct the nodes and get these bans lifted, it is your responsibility to fix these issues to avoid unnecessary bans like this, the vast majority of the players are here to just play, not walk on eggshells wondering how every minute detail of the game should work.
